内容がひどすぎます。 2008-10-20
通常の画集の倍ほどのサイズ、豪華な装丁の張りぼてです。
ゲーム中で見られる以上の設定らしい設定はなし、ライターの私見などを読ませたかったのでしょうか。

ＶＰ２の２冊目の攻略本に新しい設定資料集に関する情報が
載っていたのを見てから、多分１年…くらい発売を待ちわびていたので、
迷わず買いました。
吉成さんのイラストも素敵だったし、学薗パロも
大半がずいぶん前に見たことある絵…。 2008-08-09

VP1の時の設定資料集が画集としても、読み物としてもすごく良かっただけに今回の落差に愕然です。
前半にちょっと書き下ろしがあるだけで、大半が1とかぶっている絵ばかり。もしくは攻略本で
Tough call 2008-08-01
I love Valkyrie Profile, and I figured this book was a couldn't miss. It collects every piece of art I've ever seen for the series, includes screen shots, profiles, and more--but just seems to be missing a great deal. I think other fans would have been more generous with their stars except that this lavish set costs SO much that it feeds that long-suffering anguish for this kind of book. Basically, for those of us that splurged looking for a sure thing, this fell short. I think the oversized volume (look at the dimensions!), heavy stock paper, high quality production, dust jacket... it all just contributed to the price and really worked more against the book than for it, which is just a shame. I still give it 4 stars because it really does provide a great deal. But when it comes to bang for your buck, this doesn't quite fit the bill.
